March 2011 has been the 2nd best March on record for resale homes in the GTA.  Lower number of listings also led to slight increase in average sale price with strong demand for semi-detached homes and condos. Here are the key numbers for March 2011
  • Mar 2011 MLS sales: 9262* (down 11% from March 2010)
  • Mar 2011 Avg sale price: $456,147* (up 5% from March 2010)
